หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- รับสาย แก้ไขปัญหาทางระบบ IT / IP Network ให้กับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์ โดยเป็นพนักงานในสังกัด UIH
- รวมถึงประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้บริการได้
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ / สารสนเทศ
- มีความรู้ทาด้าน IT / Network / Internet เป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านรับสายลูกค้าทางเทคนิค มาก่อนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ และเป็นช่วงเวลาได้
Project Manager (IT Background)
Responsibilities:
- To develop and monitor all activities of the project plans as assigned
- To design and develop the business process and key activities of project
- To seek for the proper IT/Technical and business solution to ensure the effectiveness and success of the project.
- To manage the deployment as the project plan.
- Help project team with the design and development tasks.
- Monitor and manage process of issue identification and resolution.
- Manage risk tracking process and all tasks.
- Work with finance team if project feasibility or financial model require.
- Manage all documentation.
- Develop status reporting and be prepared to provide updates to management on timely basis.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or related field.
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge as well as knowledge of techniques and tools
- Preferable in having experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Ambitious mindset, very organized, with strong planning skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear and concise ideas to the internal team and external clients
Business Analyst (Sales)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Getting continuous business based on the close relationship with customers, especially Large Account
- Approaching & presenting customer by skillfully communication information about products and services
- Creating IT solution to fulfill customer satisfaction
- Processing sales concerning document such as consulting on their problems, arranging financing, rendering technical assistance and expediting delivery
- Deciding on which customers to allocate scarce time among prospects & customers
- Achieving sales individual targets
- Creating Sales document to the customer such as quotation and Sales Order
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
- At least 1-5 years experience in sale function or the Information Technology sales would be advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Hardware)
- Good command of English
System Analyst (SA)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintenance of pragmatic high quality software to support business requirements
- Design, develop and maintain various web-base applications and services related to payment processing and operator
- Contribute to designing and building production systems on Client/Server and Web Application
- Compose System design documents such as database diagram, user manual
- Execute Unit Test and System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test
- Cooperate with other teams to work such as Sales Team, Customer etc.
- Support and Troubleshooting existing System and contribute new System.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related fields
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in system development
- Can work as a team, must be able to work under extremely high pressure
Skill / Knowledge
- Computer language - Web application, C#.Net, Entity Framework, MVC, Web Service SOAP, REST API, Web API, J-Query, JavaScript , Bootstrap,Vue.js, HTML5, SSL, TLS, cryptography, EDC Technology is plus
- OS & Database – Windows Server, SQL Server 2014, MySQL, SQL Command, Store Procedure, DB Tuning
- Reporting Tool – Reporting Service, Crystal Report
